✅ Our Promise: If your credit score does not improve or your disputes are not resolved with visible changes in your credit report from the initial time, we offer a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
✅ Your trust is our priority.
We stand by our promise — if Credit Experts do not deliver as committed, you deserve your money back.
Refund Eligibility Conditions:
✅ The customer must have made all required payments in full to Credit Experts.
✅ The customer must have provided all necessary documents and information requested by the Credit Experts team on time.
✅ The customer must have fully cooperated with all bank calls, mail communications, and credit bureau escalations during the service period.
✅ The customer must clear any dues or pending amounts with banks if required — even if Credit Experts negotiate with banks on their behalf — because without paying back dues, credit score improvement cannot be guaranteed.
✅ The refund applies only if there is no improvement in the credit score or no change/dispute resolution is reflected in the credit report within the committed timeframe (30–45 days).
✅ The customer must share their updated credit report at the end of the service duration for verification.
Refund Exclusions:
❌ No refund if the customer fails to pay required dues/settlements to banks even after negotiations or instructions from Credit Experts.
❌ No refund if the customer fails to provide required documents or delays any part of the process.
❌ No refund if false or hidden information is provided by the customer.
❌ No refund if negative factors arise due to new missed payments, new defaults, or additional liabilities during the service period.
❌ No refund if the customer withdraws midway without allowing Credit Experts to complete the full process, including calls, mailing, escalations, or negotiations.
Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
All refund requests must be made in writing to support@creditexperts.in with proof (updated credit report).
